By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Use of Services
Planetic provides AI-powered voice agents, chatbots, email automation, and related business tools. Users must use these services lawfully and responsibly.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and all authorized activities under their accounts.
3. Subscription and Payments
Our services are offered through subscription-based and usage-based pricing. Applicable fees, usage charges, and taxes will be disclosed during purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may request cancellation and refund review within 7 calendar days of their initial subscription purchase. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future renewals.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not use Planetic for fraudulent activities, unauthorized calling, spam, impersonation, illegal data collection, or violations of applicable laws. Users are responsible for obtaining legally required consent for AI calls, recordings, and messages.
6. AI Service Limitations
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for monitoring their agents and ensuring appropriate use of automated communications.
7. Data and Privacy
Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Users retain their rights in the content they provide.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Planetic is not responsible for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, AI-generated inaccuracies, or misuse of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable Indian laws, without limiting any mandatory legal rights of customers in other jurisdictions.
